I assume all risks associated with participating in this Clean-Up, including but not limited to, following safety instructions, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, the conditions of the roads, and traffic along the site, all such risks being known to and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of the acceptance of entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to and on my behalf, waive and release Castro Valley Sanitary District and all persons and agencies connected with the Clean-Up from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in and travel to and from the event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I attest that I am physically able to participate in this Clean-Up. As part of this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all the above.
